Refund Policy
1. Cancellations Since we process orders immediately with our overseas manufacturers, we generally do not accept cancellations or changes once an order is confirmed.
2. Returns & Exchanges (Customer Preference) We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "changed my mind," "wrong size," or "ordered by mistake."
3. Defective or Wrong Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at haruto.0625@au.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
Order Number
Photos or videos of the defect
Photo of the shipping label on the package
4. Non-returnable Items We cannot accept returns if:
More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
The item has been used or washed.
The item is damaged by the customer.
